Return and Refund Policy

1. Payment MUST be made at time of submitting information.  

2. Poems will be emailed, and are to be printed by customer.  In the event a customer does not have access to a printer a request may be made to have it sent through the regular postal system, at no extra charge at this time.  

3. All poems may be written within 2 weeks of receiving information, each customer will be sent a DRAFT, to look over and approve or ask for changes.  In the event a poem is requested for a recently deceased loved one and customer would like it for funeral services, then at least 2 days notice will be required, and an additional $5.00 fee will be applied.  If the poem is not ready in 3 days a $5.00 refund will be issued.  If approved, a clean copy will be sent via Email.  

4. In the event of a typing error, a new poem will be drafted and sent via email.  

5. All poems are protected by copyright laws and may not be reproduced without permission. 

6.  Images may be used as watermarks at authors discretion, unless customer has a desired image they would like to be used. 

7. No Profanity or foul language will be permitted on this site.
